Today’s anime pride characters of the day are Shuichi Nitori (left) and Yoshino Takatsuki (right) from the anime and manga series Wandering Son. This series deals with a lot of gender identity issues and is definitely for mature audiences. I personally enjoyed reading and watching this series. I highly recommend checking this one out. Anime pride character of the day June 22

Today’s anime pride character of the day is Hibiki Amawa from the anime series I My Me! Strawberry Eggs. Hibiki Amawa is a recent college graduate who was trying to get a teaching job at Seito Sannomiya Private School. However, Seito Sannomiya Private School traditionally only hires female teachers and Hibiki is desperate to get a job to pay his landlord. With help from his landlord Lulu, Hibiki becomes a female teacher in disguise and eventually gets a job at the private school. This anime series is about Hibiki and his relationship with the students at the school. Personally, I enjoyed this series and think it is worth checking out.
